3 KEYS TO STARTING STRONG; TO FINISH STRONG IN 2020~~~Aghara JohnPaul


It's a New Year. New Season. New Opportunities. New Life & Hope to challenge the mountains our heart desires. Yes! In the new season many will have to wait till all the dots are connected before they take a move to pursue that desire burning deep down. I learnt earlier that Preparation is a Proof that you Value Your Future. Many will consider themselves not adequate enough to start now and for that may never start the race at all.

But like I've practiced this past year, starting strong is necessary if we are to achieve more results. How do I start strong may be the question bubbling in your mind. Cmon! Let's take a ride and let's talk about these 3 keys that have propelled me to the tangible success I've achieved in the past years.

Vision:
I can’t emphasize this enough. As a professional, you need to know where you want to be, it doesn’t matter if you don’t know yet how to get there. Where and what you need to be is your VISION. You need to have a vision of what you want to do in a year, 5 years, 10 or more depending on your own aspirations. You need to visualize your success, your goals, your dreams and think about how you can make them a reality and become an asset to your team/company. When you have a vision, you will find a path to achieve it.

PASSION:
Passion is the main fuel behind every successful individual’s career. Passion is a fuel that births success. Whether it is specifically focused on your personal or professional goals, it needs to be present in order to find motivation to achieve anything. Your passion needs to be in sync with your company’s mission/vision/products, as it creates a similar path to obtain similar results. Your job shouldn’t feel like a “job” if you’re passionate about something you really want to do.

HARDWORK:
Self-explanatory. Self-motivated. Self-taught. Hard work is the foundation for success. It is a necessity in any field, any age or any position. From the Top manager to the least team member, pure hard work and dedication is the key to running things efficiently and effectively. For example, showing up on time every day, working late if you need too, avoiding distractions at work like social media etc.

Vision+Passion+Hard work =Success
